Comments from the Coach:
Well boys after a short losing skid of 3 tough games, we are back to playing winning baseball.
I can't say how proud I am of the boys for following instructions from the coaches both in the field and running the bases. Along with the 90 + degree temperatures, our bats are just as hot! EVERYBODY is hitting the ball which was missing in our losing streak. Our fielding has gotten back to "normal" as well. Keep up the good work, practice at home, and good things will happen.
An adjustment has been made to the schedule for the rest of the season. We will be starting playoffs on Saturday, the 18th and our game on the 16th is cancelled and hopefully being replaced with a practice that same evening. We do not have confirmation of a field yet and will let you know as soon as possible.
See you all hopefully Thursday the 16th.
