Off of Sharpshill Road
From Route 8
Take Rt. 8 South to the intersection at Kittaning St.
Make a left at the traffic light - onto Kittanning St. Proceed up the winding hill for about 1 mile. Look for a sign to Sharps Hill Fire Department. At that sign make a right onto Sharps Hill Road and proceed for 1/2 to 3/4 of mile. A cemetery will be on your left. Look for a white sign to "Christy's Market" (you'll also see a small red sign to Farrell Park). Follow the sign to Christy's market and then make the first right at the market, which is on the corner. Go a very short distance and make a left. Farrell field is at the bottom on the hill and there should be plenty of parking.  |
